It is not a dumping site. This one is a beach front of some resort in Oriental Mindoro. Correct me if I'm wrong, but people here don't throw garbage in this area. But it's the nature of the ocean to throw away unwanted things/trash from its body. And this place is where it happened.
It's nice to see people, particularly those students who voluntarily clean the ocean after the storm. :) I salute you guys!
